Shipping policy

In order to offer a wide range of products and the best pricing for our customers, we often ship from various suppliers. Due to the range of global suppliers we work with, shipping times may range from 2-4 weeks.
Tracking information will be sent via email if provided at checkout.
Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before completing the checkout process. If your shipping information is wrong, please email bradley.alexandraa@gmail.com within 30 minutes of purchase with "Order Address Change" in the email subject line. Please also include the order name and number in the body of the email.
Once shipped, Rays & Babes is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
If an issue arises, please contact your local USPS Office for information on your parcel.
